Was on a long roadtrip and this location was convenient for us. Great front desk staff. Each person I spoke with was always helpful. The breakfast buffet here was delicious. The kitchen staff was also super friendly. I encourage this hotel to install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations on property. There were a few EVs parked on property each of the 3 nights I stayed. They could secure more nightly bookings if they had it. Few hotels in the area offered EV chargers so this would be an easy point of differentiation to secure more room bookings. If you decide to implement EV chargers, I recommend contacting Pangea Charging to take care of this for your hotel.

Very nice. Kind staff. Only exception, the maids don't speak English so you have to go to the front desk if up want clean towels.

Elevator had some mildew odor. They cleaned it, mostly and it then had more air freshener odor to mask the residual mildew. Otherwise a fine stay.

Hotel was good clean and ok breakfast good location for the intended purpose I have to say ANNA on the front desk was amazing the best customer service I’ve ever recieved for me and my family she went out her way to always help us so really want to point her out although hugely disappointed with ROBERTO in the breakfast area never been spoken to in such a disrespectful way was horrid he had serious attitude and was horrible he is the reason I dropped a star really don’t know how he can be the person that greats you in the morning at breakfast worst service and attitude I’ve ever seen and because of him I wouldn’t stay there again luckily Anna was great hense why I still gave 4 stars

However, the interior felt slightly dated, and the carpet could use a refresh. Still, housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. Dining Experience The on-site restaurant offered a decent breakfast spread with fresh fruit, eggs, and pastries, juices, though the variety was limited for longer stays. We appreciated the kid-friendly options and the attentive staff who made sure our little ones were well taken care of. Amenities & Facilities - The outdoor heated pool was a highlight for the kids. It was clean and well-maintained, though a bit chilly in the evening breeze. - The fitness center was compact but functional, and the free parking was a big plus for a family traveling with a rental car. - Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the property, which helped us plan our outings and keep the kids entertained. Location & Accessibility - The hotel’s location was ideal for day trips to San Jose, San Francisco, and Fremont. We even squeezed in a visit to the Oakland Zoo, which the kids loved. - Being close to major highways made commuting easy, though traffic noise was occasionally noticeable from our room. Family-Friendliness - The staff were warm and welcoming, offering helpful tips for local attractions. The hotel felt safe and accommodating for families, with non-smoking rooms and elevators that were stroller-friendly. The bathroom, while clean and functional, felt noticeably compact—especially the toilet area, which might be a tight fit for taller guests or families with young children." Stayed here a week at the end of January 2025. The rooms are remodeled and are pretty decent. The staff is really nice and attentive. I stayed here 4 months ago and there was a funky cigarette smell throughout the entire property. That is gone now and makes it much better. The bartender in the bar is really nice too. She knows how to make the drink right and is pretty friendly so you won't be bored if you are alone on Business.

Based on the listed reviews I was really concerned but I did not have any issues with security or the room. Parking is ample which is a big place in this area.

We traveled to CA to support our family, during our time of grief for the loss of our loved family member, but what helped to bring us peace and comfort was staying at the beautiful and luxurious Crowne Plaza in Silicon Valley-Union City CA! The room was spacious, quiet and the bed was just right, and was what was needed after traveling from the other side of the country. The ambiance and the sound from the indoor watershed brought tranquility. Not to mention the service from the front desk to housekeeping was just superb. Despite the circumstances,I must say, ,"We had an amazing stay here!
